Nicky has extensive experience as an international executive coach and organisational development specialist, particularly at Board and Exec level. Having worked across multi business sectors and industries, she has expertise in the areas of 1:1 coaching, inclusive leadership, systemic working, designing, delivering and leading Leadership Development and Cultural Transformation Programmes aligned to delivering the business strategy.

She works extensively with Board and Exec teams, facilitating and building high-performance cultures as well as 1:1 coaching. Nicky is the owner and MD of TLC and has strong commercial and operational acumen. She leads an international team of virtual facilitators and coaches.

Drawing on over 25 years’ operational experience within market-leading companies both in the UK and USA, Nicky brings a deep and thorough understanding of real-world business coupled with an intuitive, empathetic and pragmatic approach. Trained in psychology, Nicky brings in-depth behavioural insight to her work from an organisational, team and individual perspective. She is therefore able to help embed change, new ways of working, behaviours and mindsets, facilitating self-awareness and proactive problem solving to deliver business results.

Particular areas of expertise are coaching inclusive leadership, female leaders, impact and influence, mediation, conflict resolution, team dynamics or relationships that her clients find complex, demanding and challenging, supporting them to find pragmatic and creative solutions that get results.
