Drawing on over 25 years’ operational experience within market-leading companies both in the UK and USA, Nicky brings a deep and thorough understanding of real-world business coupled with an intuitive, empathetic and pragmatic approach. Trained in psychology, Nicky brings in-depth behavioural insight to her work from an organisational, team and individual perspective. She is therefore able to help embed change, new ways of working, behaviours and mindsets, facilitating self-awareness and proactive problem solving to deliver business results.
