Lisa

Lisa is TLC’s Project Manager and she is responsible for project managing bespoke Leadership Development, Coaching and Cultural Transformations Programmes as well as 360-degree feedback implementations in partnership with the Managing Director, TLC’s facilitators and coaches, and importantly with clients.

Lisa is people focused and prides herself on providing outstanding customer service and ensuring projects run smoothly and on budget. Lisa has held many senior roles and has over 35 years’ experience in Operational Business Administration roles across a variety of industry sectors including Finance, Education, Travel, 3rd Sector NGO, Professional Body, Utilities, Retail and Engineering.
