Kirsty

Kirsty is TLC’s Research Specialist, responsible for TLC’s research and evaluation services. She works with clients to measure the impact of TLC’s interventions on individual, team and organisational performance using a range of approaches including telephone and online surveys, focus groups and face to face interviews. Kirsty co-developed TLC’s ROLI methodology for measuring the commercial and cultural returns on client projects.

Kirsty heads a team that works on research, evaluation and analysis of our employee engagement projects. Prior to joining TLC she was Head of Research at Investors in People UK working with clients and stakeholders to evaluate the impact of IIP in public and private organisations. She has also provided research services for the Communication and Engagement Directorate at NHS Kent and Medway, including an evaluation of A&E patients, a survey of West Kent GPs and a consultation on older people’s mental health services in East Kent.
