Ton is one of the very few coaches in the world who is designated by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches as a Chartered Business Coach™ (ChBC™).

Ton has extensive experience as an international Executive coach and specialises in working with leaders who have been promoted to senior roles, supporting them to further develop as leaders and lead their part of the organisation.

Having worked across multiple business sectors and industries such as defence, construction, pharmaceuticals and large consultancies like PWC and McKinsey, Ton brings a deep and thorough understanding of real-world business coupled with an empathetic and no-nonsense approach that clients find supportive and engaging and delivers business results He is therefore able to help embed change and new approaches and behaviours, promoting self-awareness and proactive problem-solving. Ton has extensive experience and expertise working with Boards and Executive teams supporting them to gain clarity around their strategy and implementation, leading transformational change as well as working with team and individual dynamics. His coaching style is practical and he doesn’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach.
