Silke

Silke is an extensively experienced 1:1 and team coach, facilitator and consultant with a particular focus on communication. Her international engagements encompass communication strategy, organisational development and HR and personnel development.

With ten years’ hands-on managerial experience in international telecoms and IT corporations working across marketing, PR and communications, Silke has great insight into the challenges faced by executives in the workplace.

Silke is a communications expert, skilled in helping clients to identify problem areas in internal and external communication and create effective solutions. She works with individuals, teams and organisations to facilitate change, with particular focus on leadership development and performance evaluation through value based competency models and appraisal systems. As a coach and consultant for organisational development, Silke is highly regarded for her ability to accurately assess the issues and opportunities within an organisation and guide her clients in formulating their own solutions to bring about sustainable and productive change.
