Relinde is an organisational change and personal development expert with a background in clinical psychology and consultancy and over 20 years’ experience across not-for-profit, semi-profit and profit sectors. She also works as a management development consultant and assessment psychologist.

Passionate about helping people to maintain or regain their emotional, mental and physical vitality in a demanding and changing environment, Relinde applies a mix of clinical psychology, cognitive behaviour therapy, solution focused therapy and vitality coaching.

Relinde has extensive experience in designing and executing management development interventions and in-depth assessments. She also works with high potentials, all levels of management and teams to help develop resilience and self-awareness to promote proactive solution-finding, improved communication and personal development, aligned with organisational context.
