Pilar has extensive pan-European consulting, coaching and facilitation experience, combined with practical business insight gained from over ten years working in European corporations in Madrid and London.

Experienced in working with cross-cultural and diverse teams, Pilar has a particular focus on the financial services with KPMG and AMEX, engineering with Airbus Group and Indra, energy with Naturgy and Endesa and in transportation with Northern Rail and Gefco. Her business experience gives her insight into the issues faced by her clients and enables her to help them work towards sustainable and practical solutions.

Pilar is highly skilled in coaching clients through transition and change. As well as helping them to thrive through job transition, personnel changes. She also helps individuals and teams in embedding new behaviours and methodologies.

Passionate about communication, Pilar is adept at helping diverse teams to communicate more effectively, as well as being an expert leadership and performance management coach.
