Pedro is an experienced coach and facilitator who has worked extensively at Board, Exec and Director level across medium and large global organisations. Pedro’s areas of expertise are leadership development, change management, one to one and team coaching, communication, and interpersonal relationships. This enables him to help individuals and teams to embed change, new approaches and behaviours thereby promoting self-awareness and proactive problem-solving that deliver business results.

Pedro has more than 17 years experience working across a variety of sectors including food, transport, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and education. He also has also worked as an HR Director and led projects on business cultural change and reengineering of processes and systems as a result of mergers in companies such as United Biscuits – Kraft Foods.

Pedro believes that the combination of experiential learning and coaching is the most powerful tool we can offer a person to develop their leadership capability and deliver personal and business impact.
