Paul gained his HR Director level experience working with blue chip companies such as Babcock International and E.ON UK and has a deep understanding of the challenge’s leaders face. He utilises these insights and knowledge to underpin and inform his coaching and leadership development facilitation; his approach is based on a strong belief in human potential and resourcefulness. Paul has also coached leaders in both Loughborough and Coventry University.
