With a knack for quickly understanding the organisational health of a business from an OD perspective, Nicky works co-creatively with clients to design effective programmes, getting buy-in and engagement at all levels and harnessing teams to fully implement agreed plans, delivering strong ROI. Nicky is responsible for managing the operational business, strategic design and leading organisational development programmes, leading a team of support staff and delivery teams, client relationship management and sales.
