Matt is a strong values led senior leader and executive coach. He is a recognised HR, OD and Transformation specialist with operational, commercial and general management exposure and instincts. Matt has broad sectorial experience including FMCG, manufacturing, business services, retail, customer service, healthcare and transport within FTSE corporates, private equity and private ownership, charity, public sector & regulated environments, with 20 years at board level.

Matt is a relational coach who brings empathy to his practice which is underpinned by the concept of unconditional positive regard as a basis for success. Matt coaches courageously to challenge and stretch clients to enable achievement of personal and business objectives.

He is status-agnostic and is fun to be around. Matt has a strong personal commitment to Equality, Diversity, Inclusivity, and the wellbeing of the whole person at work.
