Magdalena has over 20 years’ experience as a coach and facilitator working extensively in the areas of Leadership and Executive development across a wide variety of sectors and industries. For example, engineering with EDF and Gaspol, insurance with AXA, pharmaceutical with GlaxoSmithKline, energy with EDF, construction with Budimex aerospace with the Leonardo Helicopters, as well as logistics companies.

She is an engaging, passionate and insightful coach who brings energy to her work believing that people perform at their best when they are being truthful and authentic.

Magdalena works with her clients to challenge their thinking to improve their problem-solving abilities and leadership capability. Her work with teams focuses on helping them to create and sustain a high performing team with a focus on delivering strong business performance as well as how they work together as a team. Her coaching style is to work in an honest and respectful way.

Magdalena has a master’s degree in Psychology, with specialisation in Work and Organisational Psychology, worked as an HR Director, as an academic at the University of Warsaw, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
