Julie

Julie is a business psychologist and global assessment and development consultant with a background in banking, lecturing, development and consultancy. She has worked with a diverse range of organisations in the retail, financial, housing, government, charity, education and pharmaceutical industries.

She is a Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a qualified test user. Julie also conducts in-depth assessments at all leader levels appointments, succession planning and designing and delivering assessment centres.

Julie’s strengths lie in understanding the fit between individuals and organisations and understanding how personal attributes, preferences and strengths can be maximised for mutual benefit, supporting organisations in identifying and maximising the talent of their people.
