Julia is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and an executive coach and facilitator. She has over 20 years’ experience as a coach and in Leadership Development working with leaders and individuals at all levels from Executive to senior leaders.

Julia is known for her relational approach and balances support and challenge in a style that skilfully adapts to best suit the person or group. She has a passion for ensuring that learning is transferable to the workplace, positively impacting on business results and making a difference to organisational wellbeing.

Julia started her career in retail management implementing large scale development programmes for graduates and all leadership levels up to branch managers. She specialises in coaching and designing and delivering development programmes for potential and existing leaders at all levels.

Julia has a natural energy and enthusiasm which she brings to everything she does. She has a strong curiosity and interest in people which allows her to listen deeply and encourages disclosure. Julia’s warmth, engaging style and flexible intuitive approach allow her to build rapid and lasting rapport with individuals and groups. She balances support and challenge effectively to maximise development opportunities and believes learning that is fun, interactive and memorable is the most effective.
