As well as being a Fellow and Lecturer at leading academic institutions, John has worked extensively with the public sector, especially the NHS, as well as private sector blue chip companies including Sony and Lehman Brothers. He is widely published and respected as an expert in his field.

He has superb communication skills alongside a practical focus which, together with his experience, make him engaging and effective with groups of all sizes, as well as an excellent 1:1 coach.
