Hilary is an international Organisation Design and Development professional with an Internal Auditing and Business-Finance background from global companies in Life Sciences, Financial and Professional Services. She brings expertise and experience of transformation and change in mature economies and emerging markets.

Hilary is adept at identifying and resolving underlying issues affecting individual, team and organisational performance. She works in partnership to discover “what is really going on” and co-develop effective solutions with business impact. Her expertise includes; organisation development, leadership and talent development, executive coaching and mentoring, large group and team facilitation, change and performance management.
