Gill is an international experienced, energetic and inspirational coach and facilitator, skilled in helping clients at all levels to heighten their self-awareness, discover hidden talents and proactively address the challenges in their professional and personal lives. She specialises in designing and faciliating global virtual leadership development programmes.

Passionate about continued professional development, she is used to applying a range of methods from performance conversations to equine assisted coaching, to enhance the leadership and management potential of individuals, teams and organisations, across both public and private sectors.

Gill combines compassion, empathy and patience with challenge, probing and testing to facilitate and explore with clients, enabling them to set compelling outcomes, expose interferences to success, create constructive action plans and drive organisational performance.

Operational Experience:

  • 15 years in the construction industry working as a Chartered Landscape Architect in public, private and charity sectors in UK, Australia, Africa and the Seychelles. Managing relationships with clients, design teams, consultants and contractors on medium and large scale developments
  • Director of UK-based environmental design practice working with UK clients such as British Coal, Groundwork Trusts, Seychelles clients (including the Departments for Environment and for Community and Housing Development) and with a variety of public and private sector clients in Australia.
