Esther has extensive experience as an international executive coach and organisational development specialist, particularly at Board and Exec level.

Having worked internationally with multi-cultural teams for medium and large companies for over 15 years, she has great expertise in the areas of systemic working, change management, team and meeting facilitation, leadership development, mediation, conflict resolution, coaching and building high performance cultures.

She is passionate about helping organisations, teams and individuals increase their capacity to realise potential.

Having worked across multiple business sectors and industries such as engineering, energy, construction, education and with consultancies, she brings a deep and thorough understanding of real-world business coupled with an intuitive and empathetic approach that clients find supportive and engaging. She is therefore able to help embed change and new approaches and behaviours, promoting self-awareness and proactive problem-solving.
