She is skilled at helping leaders, teams and organisations through periods of growth, change and transition to deliver business performance. Debbie has also worked as an internal coach for business-critical leaders supporting their performance, progression and development and is experienced in designing and delivering 360-degree feedback implementations. Prior to this Debbie spent 5 years leading large teams of people in the Retail and Commercial sector and brings strong business acumen into the work she does with her clients.
Debbie designed and implemented a values-based Leadership Development Programme at John Lewis for the top 300 senior leaders, which focused on their purpose, embedding the values and who they are as leaders in the Partnership. She also worked as an HRD for ID Smith construction which included designing and delivering Leadership development solutions.
Debbie quickly builds strong relationships, creating a climate of trust and support, encouraging her clients to recognise their strengths as a platform for growth, as well as challenging their thinking so they stretch their comfort zones. She is passionate about leadership transformation and working with leaders who want to push and stretch themselves to fulfil their highest goals. Debbie’s approach is challenging, balanced with being supportive and empathetic which enables her clients to understand how their behaviour impacts themselves, the people they work
with and the business results they achieve.
