Dagmar is a globally experienced coach, facilitator and consultant specialising in communication strategy, crisis and internal communications. She is also skilled at facilitating workshops at all levels in an organisation.

As a senior consultant within communications, coaching and PR businesses for over 15 years, Dagmar has a proven track record in effective communication, strategic implementation and business management.

Dagmar follows the Co-active Coaching method- forming meaningful and productive relationships with her clients and fully appreciating both their professional and personal circumstances. This helps clients identify and prioritise their own unique challenges and goals. With greater resilience and self-awareness comes the ability to proactively develop action plans to meet those challenges and goals, and Dagmar is an expert in guiding her clients to fulfill their ambitions through fundamental shifts in behavior and mindset. She works predominantly with senior leaders, high potentials and entrepreneurs.
