He has had a successful international business career, in UK, USA and Asia, mainly developing new businesses and technologies. His passion for performance was borne out of an early career in motorsport, working as a Tyre Designer in F1 and as a Team Manager preparing a team for the Le Mans 24-hour endurance race.

As an executive coach with over twenty years of experience, he excels in working with Boards and leadership teams in high performance environments. Clive supports them to reach new levels of ambition, by encouraging leaders to innovate, take risks and go into the unknown with their teams.

Having worked across multiple sectors and industries such as engineering, construction and rail, geographies and cultures, Clive brings a broad understanding of the diverse issues and challenges that global businesses can face. This, blended with business pragmatism and an ability to quickly assess, analyse and summarise large amounts of complex and detailed information, has earned him a positive reputation with CEO’s for having a coaching style that is stimulating and impactful.

Clive is also a team coach and facilitator, working with teams on areas such as strategic planning, change management and organisational dynamics.
