Brian

Brian is an experienced international consultant who utilises coaching, facilitation and consultancy to develop heightened personal and organisational effectiveness that delivers business results. He has worked extensively within a wide range of industries from SMEs to multi-nationals, and across both the private and public sector.

Brian assists people and organisations to develop transformational leadership and effective management, promoting the development of high-performance teams and the management of organisational and cultural change. He works extensively with individuals to identify barriers to personal and business effectiveness and facilitates positive behavioural change as well as career coaching.

Providing a challenging, yet empathetic style of coaching, Brian’s approach draws heavily upon Transactional Analysis (TA), Emotional Intelligence and psychology to shift mindsets and embed behaviours which enable individuals, teams and organisations to flourish amidst change and uncertainty, optimising performance at a personal and organisational level to deliver business results.

Brian has worked in the UK Special Forces, manufacturing, logistics, insurance, energy, oil and gas, travel, sales and adult education.
