Boris has over 16 years’ leadership experience in global firms, specialising in chemical and electro technical companies throughout Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany and other CEE countries.

Basing his approach on the philosophy of neuroscience, Boris is an expert at enabling productive communication aligned with business goals. He facilitates clarity of thinking, supporting leaders and managers in identifying and resolving issues through enhanced insight and increased effectiveness. Boris supports individuals and teams at all levels to bring about sustainable positive change by helping them develop their full potential.
