Aliya

Aliya has extensive global experience as a coach, facilitator and consultant, with a proven track record in the design and delivery of leadership programmes, assessment and development centres.

She also specialises in 1:1 and team coaching, competency evaluation, talent management and performance optimisation. She has many years’ experience working at senior levels in global companies across Europe and the USA, infusing her rigorous psychoanalytical academic study with insightful commercial and business acumen.

Aliya has spent many years furthering her knowledge of organisational psychology, and is expert in all areas of OD, performance management and coaching at an individual, group and organisational level. She has a particular interest in transformational coaching – guiding her clients through periods of transition both professionally and personally, including career consultation and performance. Intuitive and empathetic, yet results-oriented and pragmatic, Aliya works with her clients to co-create constructive development plans to embed the fundamental behavioural changes she enables.
